How we Calculate the Solar Estimate

The Solar Estimate represents the projected annual power generation for this property through a standard solar system.

This estimation is based on the average retail power price of 0.2875c per kWh and considers the annual output of both a standard Harrison's 3 kW and 5 kW solar system.To create this estimate, we collaborate with Lynker Analytics, utilizing detailed digital models generated from Lidar data. These models create a comprehensive heat map of solar potential for every roof in the city, considering factors like roof size, angle, orientation, and potential shadows from nearby trees, buildings, and hills. With the help of these heat maps, you can identify the most suitable areas on your roof for solar panels and compare your solar potential with that of your neighbors.
