FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

All your Solar questions answered

How much does it cost to charge an electric car?
+

If you have Solar Panels, you can charge your EV for free during daylight hours or from your home battery! But if you are charging from grid power (your power company), this will cost you your normal power rates. You also can benefit from cheaper charging if plugging your EV in at night.

How long does it takes to fully charge an electric car with the smart EV charger?
+

This depends on many factors, including the size of the EV battery and the maximum charging capability of the vehicle, but it is faster than using a standard wall plug. Most home charging stations will add a maximum of between 32 and up to 75 km of range per hour on a charge.

Why install a smart EV Charger?
+

Smart chargers charge your electric vehicle faster, protect your home from overloading, save you money and even increase home value.
