Dumb questions were answered with professionalism and information about our new solar system dispensed before some questions were asked. The installation team did a great job ensuring the equipment was conveniently located plus; they cleaned up after themselves! Don't go anywhere else! We booked a 10kw array with a Tesla Powerwall with Andre & Tineka Kananagh. Andre arrived for the on-site visit within a few days of our inquiry to Harrison’s Solar. He quickly established the sites viability identified issues ( I needed to put a fire board on the outside wall for the Powerwall fire Regs.)He answered all my questions very clearly. Overnight I was sent the plan laying out the array and other parts photoshopped onto actual photos of the property. I was given a fixed price and an approximate install date. Impressive. The install was done earlier than planned, in one day (7 hours two vehicles 5 men). They arrived at 10am and gone at 5pm. I was shown how to use the Tesla app and I was generating power on the same afternoon. Even more impressive! It was all so professional and stress free. I highly recommend Harrison Solar as a brand provider and Andre & Tineka Kavanagh as the local Harrison’s installer in the Waikato.

We just got our solar panels installed through Harrison's and I was very impressed with the whole process. Chris was our contact and he was very helpful in working out what system would best fit our requirements as well as providing excellent advice in terms of hardware. In the end, we went with quality and feel like we got a competitive price. Chris was also very patient in answering all of my questions with detail. This is notable as, in truth, I had many for him. I'm looking forward to working with Chris and his team again soon when my mum gets her solar panels installed.

Stu and his team did a great job of understanding our requirements, quoting for and installing our solar panels. This was the second house we'd done this work (the first was with Harrison's in the Wairarapa) and Harrison's Waikato were just as professional, responsive and easy to deal with as the Wairarapa team. Their systems for managing the install all worked to plan and there were no suprises. The Waikato installation team worked around some atrocious weather conditions to get the panels installed, and up an running, very quickly. Really good value for money.

We found Chris Dearsley, in Christchurch, from Harrisons Solar, very knowledgable and able to communicate that knowledge to us in ways we could easily understand. We were new to the whole idea of Solar so he had a lot of explaining to do. We were put on to Chris via a painter who said they were well worth talking with as he had heard good things about them.This was certainly the case but even more important to us was his manner of communicating via email and in person, he was specific, prompt and always had time for us. We sourced 5 different proposals and Chris was aware of this, he did not try to be negative about other companies but just gave us what systems Harrisons was able to provide.Seeing as we were new to Solar the information gathering and comparing was intense for us, Chris kept it within our understanding and made the process manageable.And what a relief that everything from installation and commissioning went according to plan, just as he told us it would and we could not be more happy.Another important aspect with Harrisons for us was that they are a Company that has been around for a lengthy period and will be around even longer, this was important for after sales issues and also warranty issues if they arose.

Harrisons installed solar panels in our house about 12 months ago. Right from our first point of contact with Steve and Sharron their customer service and product knowledge has been excellent. There was no pressure to purchase solar but the fact Steve and Sharron were able to answer, with facts all our questions made our decision so much easier. In fact, we have just signed up to install extra panels plus a "battery" to make ourselves better future proofed. Again no pressure from Steve and Sharron. Just great customer service answering all our questions. We are very pleased with both the system and customer followup. Great partnership.

I am absolutely delighted that I chose Andre and Tineka Kavanagh for the installation of my solar system. I believe that their products represent the leading edge in solar technology while representing the best value for money. I am finding the performance of my Tesla Powerwall 3 and Aiko 460W panels to be simply stunning. We experienced outstanding customer service from 'Team Kavanagh' - from Tineka's initial proposals, a site visit from the extremely knowledgeable Andre and the super-efficient admin from Donna which made the entire process effortless. The installation team were very experienced and fast and I was hugely impressed with the quality of their workmanship. Julian and his team at Harrison's Solar have been amazing to deal with. Quick responses to any questions I have, clear reasons to support the recommendations of what to go for, a and a quick and tidy install, and panels working as promised. Just be wary of the Mercury Harrison deal on Offer at the moment as Mercury is dropping the ball on timely install and connection of the nessiary 2 way smart meter, with over a month or more waiting required.
