It was a pleasure dealing with HARRISONS SOLAR TARANAKI. Steve answered the questions we had, filled us in with added extras, discussed with us the  solar panel layout, the number of panels that were going to give us the greatest benefit. Sharron was informative and kept us up to date with the installation process. Then team Swayze and Travis arrived with the gear. Before we knew it, the installation was in full swing. What a great team Steve and Sharron sent out to us. They were, polite, informative and very professional in their work ethics, and as for the music (a great choice) they had playing was very pleasant to the ear. We contacted Harrison’s after discussing our neighbours Solar install. Due to work load it took a couple of weeks for our consultation. But the quote was basically instant. We were told from the get go the install would be approximately 10 weeks again due to work load. Sharron was very easy to with.

I don't typically write reviews but this seems warranted. Harrisons offer a good solar product, but what really sets them apart, especially their Taranaki branch is the incredible customer service. We signed up to have solar installed and every step of the process was incredibly well managed. All their staff went above and beyond to make sure you were informed about their product, how it integrated with other parts of the house, and even where to get the best deals on power. Nothing was ever too much trouble. True 5 star kiwi service.

The solar panels were installed with minimum of fuss and with care and attention to detail. The installers were always thinking of the best way to install and keep things looking smart and tidy without our asking. very professional.

Harrisons installed solar panels in our house about 12 months ago. Right from our first point of contact with Steve and Sharron their customer service and product knowledge has been excellent. There was no pressure to purchase solar but the fact Steve and Sharron were able to answer, with facts all our questions made our decision so much easier. In fact, we have just signed up to install extra panels plus a "battery" to make ourselves better future proofed. Again no pressure from Steve and Sharron. Just great customer service answering all our questions. We are very pleased with both the system and customer followup. Great partnership.

Steve and Sharron at Harrisons Taranaki are excellent to deal with from the initial meetings – where all the info received was easy to understand and Steve’s electrical knowledge was top notch, the installation progress was equally as painless and then helping us navigate the lines companies and retailer approvals and tariffs was so welcomed.

We’ve had our system for approximately 2 years and expected to install a battery about 1 year after installing the panels.  Our decision was based on reducing our upfront costs but we also wanted to spend time learning about how to reduce our energy consumption and use other tools like the sun and power timers.  Two years in and we are really happy with our reduced power bills and in the summer our export outweighs our usage so we receive credits!

Our retailer export contract recently expired and Sharron was more than happy to share her knowledge on best export rates around when I cheekily enquired and she was superfast responding.

I have no hesitation in recommending Harrisons Taranaki – they continue to be excellent to deal with and provide outstanding customer service.  Thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised as to how easy Steve , Sharon , Swayze & Travis made the process of installing our Harrisons solar Energy system. Collectively they made a great team. From the start with Steves visit, where the Harrison’s Solar Energy System was introduced to us for the first time. Then this was followed up with Sharron with all the paper work, that flowed so effortlessly. The the installers Swayze & Travis that installed it so professionally, explaining all the safety features and it running.
